📍 How to get to the event?

The event takes place at La Cité des Congrès of Nantes. To calculate your itinerary, go to :

🕗 What are the opening hours?

📅Opening hours are from 8 a.m. on Wednesday November 5 and Thursday November 6.


🎟️How do I get my badge?

Your badge is available in your member area once your registration has been confirmed..
➡️ We recommend that you print it out before the event.
🎫 Simply pick up your badge holder at reception.


🛠️ When can I set up my stand as an exhibitor?

📅 You can set up your stand the day before, on Tuesday November 4 from 5 p.m., when our team will be on site.


🍽️ Is there on-site catering?  

✅On-site catering and coffee breaks are included for every participant.
🍽️ Lunches take place from 12:30 to 2:00 pm on site.


📆 Can I change my business meetings schedule? 

If you need to make any changes, please contact your sales representative before the event.
On site, please go to the reception desk.
